Frequently Asked Questions
Everything pet parents ask before their first visit — answered.
How do I book a grooming appointment?
Call us at (239) 949-2697 during salon hours (Tue–Fri 8–5, Sat 8–2:30). We book by phone so we can learn about your pet before the visit. You can also send an appointment request and we’ll call you back.
Do you groom all dog breeds?
Yes — we welcome all breeds of dogs, from teacup pups to gentle giants. Every cut is tailored to the breed and your preferences.
Do you groom cats?
Yes! We groom all breeds of cats too — baths, brush-outs and full grooms with extra-patient handling. See our cat grooming services.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
Plan on around 2–3 hours for a full groom depending on coat condition, size and temperament. Anxious or senior pets sometimes need breaks so everything stays calm and positive — comfort and safety come first. We call you the moment your pet is ready.
How much does grooming cost?
Full grooming packages start around $65 for small dogs; baths & brush-outs start around $40. Every coat is different, so call (239) 949-2697 for an exact quote — see the full services & pricing page.
My dog gets anxious at the groomer. Can you help?
Absolutely. Every pup has their own personality, and we prepare and adjust to all of their needs — gentle handling, slow introductions and breaks when needed. Tell us about your pet’s worries when you book.
What if my dog is matted?
We’ll assess the coat honestly at drop-off. Light matting can often be brushed out; heavy matting may call for a shorter, more comfortable cut for your pet’s safety. We always discuss options and pricing with you before we begin.
Should I bring vaccination records?
Yes please — bring (or have your vet email) proof of current rabies vaccination to your first appointment.
What are your hours?
Tuesday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am–2:30 pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Do you offer doggie daycare?
Yes — ask about doggie daycare when you call. It pairs perfectly with a groom while you run errands or hit Bonita Beach.
